Harbinger's clients get results.

We have helped a wide variety of organizations get up and running, turn innovative ideas into practical changes, and put their projects on the ground.

Our involvement with project design from the beginning helps lay the groundwork for great outcomes. We are committed to on-time, on-budget performance and exceeding your expectations with results that make a difference for your organization.

Harbinger has developed community learning materials that have been used by tens of thousands of people in hundreds of communities across the country.

We have formulated more than two dozen cosmeceutical, nutritional, and food products for U.S. and overseas companies.

We've helped more than 100 entrepreneurs and startup ventures, community projects, and nonprofits put their ideas on the ground.

More than 5,000 community members, educators, organization leaders, agency staffers, and others have participated in our facilitator training programs, and group decision-making and other workshops.

We will help you define and achieve the results you want for your organization or project. Examples from some of our clients follow.

Client: K.K. Joynus (Osaka, Japan) and K.K. Abios (Tokyo)

We provided product research, formulation and contract manufacturing services resulting in ongoing sales of U.S.-manufactured nutritional products in Japan. The not-for-resale import program we developed enabled the sale of products typically not allowed for import.

Client: National Parks Conservation Association

Project: Gateway to Glacier

The award-winning Gateway to Glacier report grounded discussions among business and community leaders in Flathead County, Montana. These discussions helped galvanize community and media support that was instrumental to the allocation of full funding for reconstruction of Glacier National Park's Going-to-the-Sun highway.

Client: Study Circles Resource Center (now Everyday Democracy)

Project: Study circles discussion guide on improving community and police relationships

Dozens of communities have used this discussion guide to bring police and residents together to build trust and respect, develop better policies, and make changes for safer communities. Click here to read about changes brought about by study circles programs in Illinois, Kentucky, and New York. Click here for links to news stories about other study circles programs.

Client: The Nature Conservancy

Project: Water for Our Future

This report and discussion guide was widely distributed to local government and community leaders in South Florida. It was used to guide 27 community forums involving more than 1,000 participants, on water supply, resource management, and Everglades ecosystem restoration. These forums were part of a public campaign that resulted in the unlikely passage of a $2 billion bond to help fund Everglades restoration.
