Idea Bank — A virtual community of people who share ideas, as well as motivation, connections, and resources to put ideas on the ground.

FedExHorrorStories.com — Online forum where FedEx customers can log their experiences with FedEx and share ideas for resolving problems. Ultimately, this may become a tool for pushing this shipping giant to pay better attention to customer service.
