San Antonio Missions National Historical Park Harbinger led an economic impact assessment aimed at sparking greater community involvement in, and support for, the park and an ambitious slate of new programs and facilities. Harbinger teamed up with the University of Texas at San Antonio for this National Parks Conservation Association project.

Africa Water and Sanitation Curriculum Project More than 830,000 copies of our interactive educational activity guides on water, hygiene, and sanitation are being used in 1,000 schools in central and southern Africa.The Harbinger Consulting Group teamed up with Project WET International Foundation for this USAID-funded project.
